OxHA Asia-Pacific Network

This is a communication network of over 150 people and organisations dedicated to improving the health environment or whose business influences the health environment. Network members are from Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Korea, Vietnam, Mongolia, the Philippines, China, various Pacific Island countries and the US. The list represents a range of public and private sectors and includes people from ministries of health, food and pharmaceutical companies, research and academia, clinical services, employee unions, health NGOs (diabetes, heart, kidney and cancer), international health agencies, private health organisations, urban planning and environmental agencies.

Joining the OxHA Asia-Pacific Network simply means acknowledging that although our organisational and ideological perspectives may differ, we are all interested in the same end point. That is, we want to reduce the risk and impact of epidemic chronic disease and will work together wherever and whenever it is practical to achieve this. Network members receive regular communications about topical issues and OxHA activities.
